Canyon View Properties is a leading property management company established in 2011. As a subsidiary of Canyon View Capital, a reputable real estate investment firm founded in 2001, we provide professional services to our clients. Originally known as My Retirement Assets, Canyon View Capital was created as a platform for real estate and retirement investments. Recognizing the importance of managing our own communities, Canyon View Properties was established. We currently manage over 7,000 apartment units across four states in the Midwest and Midsouth regions. Our properties are strategically located in fast-growing areas, including the Metro Kansas City Area, Kansas, Northwest AR (NWA), Oklahoma, Springfield Metro Area, and Central Arkansas. We were recently recognized as a 2023 NAA Top Employer.

As a company owned in part by its employees, CVP aims to provide value to our associates as they create value for our communities. We seek dedication and commitment from our employees and hire individuals who possess an owner’s mindset, ensuring that they prioritize the well-being of our customers and our communities as if they were their own. Day 1, CVP team members start accumulating an ownership stake in our company through The Founder’s Trust. After completing 5 years of service, employees become vested in this trust, gaining ownership stake based on their tenure and salary. The Founder’s Trust does not require any financial contributions from employees, personifying the entrepreneurial spirit of our Founder, Bob Davidson, and standing as constant reminder of the culture of our company.
