Canyon View Properties
Founded in 2011, Canyon View Properties is a multifamily property management company focused on operational excellence, resident experience, and long-term community success. We operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Canyon View Capital, a real estate investment firm established in 2001.
Originally known as My Retirement Assets, Canyon View Capital was built to support real estate and retirement investments. As the portfolio expanded, Canyon View Properties was formed to manage our communities with intention, consistency, and a hands-on approach.
We currently manage nearly 7,000 apartment homes across the Midwest and Midsouth, including communities in the Kansas City metro, Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma, the Springfield metro area, and Central Arkansas.

As a company owned in part by its employees, Canyon View Properties aims to provide value to our associates as they create value for our communities. We seek dedication and commitment from individuals who bring an owner’s mindset to their work.
From day one, CVP team members begin accumulating an ownership stake in our company through The Founder’s Trust. After five years of service, employees become vested, gaining ownership based on tenure and salary.
The Founder’s Trust requires no financial contribution from employees and reflects the entrepreneurial spirit of our founder, Bob Davidson.
