How do I apply for an apartment at 60 West Apartments?

Applying is easy! Visit our website and click “Apply” to complete your rental application online. You can create an account and then complete the application online and upload any needed documents. 

How soon can I move in after my application is approved?

​Once your application is approved and your lease is signed, you can move in as soon as your new home is ready and any required payments are completed.

​Yes! We allow up to two additional exotic or caged pets per apartment. Please contact the leasing office for full details on approved species and requirements.

Are there pet fees?

Yes, we accept up to 2 pets per apartment. 
​Our pet policy includes:

  • $350 one-time non-refundable fee per dog

  • $200 one-time non-refundable fee per cat

  • $100 one-time non-refundable fee for exotic or caged pets (includes aquariums 5–35 gallons)
    We also charge $20 monthly pet rent per pet

Are there pet amenities in the community?

Is there maintenance onsite?

​Yes. Our professional maintenance team is available onsite during office hours to assist with routine service requests and general upkeep.

Is maintenance available after hours?

Yes, 60 West Apartments provides 24-hour emergency maintenance for urgent issues. If you experience a maintenance emergency after hours, please call the office immediately to be connected to our on-call team.

For non-emergency requests, log in to the Resident Portal on your mobile app or web browser to submit a maintenance ticket anytime. For emergencies, please call the office directly so our team can respond promptly.
