Up to 999 caged animal (small)s , 2 cats , 2 dogs allowed.
Weight limits: 15 lbs per caged animal (small) , 15 lbs per cat , 100 lbs per dog
Pet Types
Our community welcomes pets and follows all city ordinances regarding breed restrictions. Each apartment may have up to two pets per unit. A $300 pet fee is required for the first pet, and a $150 fee for the second pet (for a total of $450 when two pets are added). In addition, there is a $25 monthly pet fee per pet.
